About us
At Sew Aquasia, we are driven by a profound commitment to creativity and community. Founded in June 2024 by Stacie Schoch, our journey began as a personal response to the challenges of caregiving and the pursuit of inner healing. As a disabled nurse, Stacie discovered that the act of creating handmade gifts provided not only pain relief but also a sense of calm and purpose. This transformative experience inspired the establishment of Sew Aquasia, where we aim to empower others facing similar challenges.
Our collection features a stunning array of handmade bags, including the elegant Celine Bag and the versatile Louie Waist Pack. Each piece is meticulously crafted, combining style with functionality to meet the diverse needs of our customers. We understand that disabilities can limit how and when we engage with the world, which is why we offer customizable options. Customers can select from a variety of colors, fabrics, and embellishments, ensuring that every bag is a unique expression of their personal style.
We believe that motivation, effort, and courage are essential in overcoming obstacles. Our mission extends beyond creating beautiful products; we aspire to be a role model and support system for individuals with physical and mental disabilities. By sharing our story and our creations, we hope to inspire others to find their own paths to healing and self-expression.
